About me!

If you are new here, welcome! In the anime convention world, I’m called Licca because of my love for Licca-chan dolls, and I have been a sewist all my life. My parents sew, and my grandfather on my father’s side was a professional tailor.

I grew up around sewing and crafting. When my parents had to leave me with a baby sitter because they had to make money for us to survive, the baby sitter was sewing stuff while taking care of me. Sewing machines, bobbins, presser feet, and other sewing notions are what I live and breathe when I am not doing my normal day job.

I really love all aspects of sewing, and I created this page to get away from my old presence which was very heavily cosplay-oriented. I hope that by sharing all the things I do, you, the viewer, will love the world of sewing and textile arts like I do, and become part of the sewing renaissance that is happening today.
